What We Provide

An active commercial general liability policy carried through Easy Party Pros, LLC. We’ll send limits on request so your risk team can confirm they meet venue requirements.
Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
A COI naming your organization and/or the venue as certificate holder, issued ahead of your deadline. Tell us who needs to be listed and we handle the request with our carrier.
Additional Insured Endorsements
Many venues require your company or property manager listed as additional insured, not just certificate holder. We accommodate these endorsement requests when your venue calls for them.
W-9 & Vendor Onboarding
A completed W-9 and our LLC details for your accounts-payable and vendor-setup systems, so we can be added as an approved supplier before the PO is cut.
Third-Party Vendor Agreements
Hotels and managed venues — Marriott, Hilton, convention centers — often require a signed third-party vendor agreement before load-in. We’ve completed these and will sign yours promptly.
Venue Coordination
Loading dock, freight elevator, COI submission portals, and security clearance — give us your venue contact and we’ll coordinate the requirements directly.
